We began construction of the residence in 2020, completing the home in 2021 as a truly distinctive custom build. Located in the prestigious Bentwater community on Lake Conroe, this residence was designed to maximize both architectural presence and waterfront living. The home blends clean modern lines with warm natural materials, creating a timeless yet contemporary aesthetic that complements its surroundings.
Every detail was thoughtfully executed, from the structural layout and exterior finishes to the way the home opens toward the lake, allowing natural light and views to take center stage. This project was especially meaningful to us, as it was a pleasure not only to build but to own, representing the level of craftsmanship and care we bring to every home we create.

Modern Farmhouse
This farmhouse-style residence represents the third custom home we have had the privilege of building for this client, a relationship we truly value. Two of their previous homes were built in the Bentwater community, and most recently the family chose to relocate to Emerald Lake in pursuit of larger lots and a more private setting. Construction on this home began in 2022 and was completed in 2023.
Designed with both function and character in mind, the home features a striking contrast between gray stone and deep blue exterior paint, creating a timeless yet bold farmhouse aesthetic. The material selections and architectural details work together seamlessly, resulting in a home that feels both refined and welcoming. From the layout to the exterior finishes, every aspect of this build reflects thoughtful planning and craftsmanship.

Luxury Custom Home
This custom home project is currently underway in the Bentwater community and represents one of the most ambitious builds undertaken to date. The estate will feature more than 8,000 square feet of livable space, thoughtfully designed to balance scale, functionality, and luxury. Complementing the main residence is a fully HVAC-conditioned four-car garage, providing year-round comfort and protection for vehicles and storage.
One of the defining elements of this home is its expansive outdoor living experience, highlighted by an impressive 82-foot-long, Olympic-style pool that will serve as the true centerpiece of the property. Every aspect of the design reflects careful planning, from seamless spatial flow to long-term livability, resulting in a home built for both everyday comfort and large-scale entertaining.
Construction is scheduled for completion in late 2026, and this residence is expected to stand as a finished masterpiece that exemplifies craftsmanship, vision, and attention to detail.
